Specialised Aqua Aerobic Classes (AA)

This class is beneficial for anyone who wants to be more active and get fit. The class accommodates people with arthritis and orthopaedic conditions. The focus of the class is cardio fitness.
A level of fitness is required and a number of private sessions may be necessary before joining this class.
The number of participants in this class is limited to 8. 
The therapist takes the class from the pool deck.

Specialised Aqua Strengthening Class (AS)

This class accommodates people with orthopaedic and rheumotologic conditions that require more individual attention. The focus is on strengthening and stabilisation.
A number of private sessions may be necessary before joining this class.
The number of participants in this class is limited to 4.
The therapist is in the pool during the class enabling hands on facilitation if required.

Aqua Pilates Classes (AP)

This class is open for everyone .The focus of the class is on abdominal stabilisation.
A level of fitness and body awareness is required.
A number of private sessions may be necessary before joining this class.
The number of participants in this class is limited to 5.  
The therapist takes the class in the pool.

Ai Chi Aqua Class (AC)

This class is open to everyone. Ai Chi is a body strengthening and relaxation progression that combines Tai-Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques, and is performed standing in shoulder-depth water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and body.
The number of participants in the class is limited to 8.
The therapist takes the class from the pool deck.

Land Movement Class (LM)

This class is suitable for everyone. It incorporates Pilates, Feldenkreis, Tai Chi meditation. The focus is on functional movement and abdominal stabilization.
The class is limited to 5 people.


MISSED CLASSES
Space in group classes is limited. Payment is required at the beginning of the month to reserve your place in the class. Classes missed will be charged for, or the reserved space will be forfeited. It is possible to make up missed classes depending on availability.

HOLIDAYS
There will be no classes on Public and Jewish Holidays.
